Send a clear, well-lit photo taken from the front. Make sure the entire face is visible and not covered by sunglasses, hair, hands, or mysterious shadows. The better the photo, the better we can make you look wonderfully ugly.

Yes, as long as it is clear and high-resolution. Blurry screenshots may result in accidental extra ugliness, and not necessarily the fun kind.

Only the number of faces included with your selected option can be used. If you want multiple people or pets, please choose the correct quantity before ordering.

The body is part of the surprise. We choose the wonderfully awkward body we think works best with your photo. That is half the fun and at least 80% of the chaos.

Each item is made from a different photo, so no two creations will look exactly alike. Small variations in shape, color, placement, and stitching are normal and add to its beautifully imperfect personality.

There are no proofs for Surprise Me orders. If you would like a proof for the Original photo option, please request it by message after the order is complete and include your order number with your request.

We may make basic adjustments for placement, brightness, and print quality. We cannot fully restore extremely blurry, dark, cropped, or low-resolution photos. When in doubt, send us the photo before ordering.

Please check the individual listing for available sizes and measurements. Because each design has a custom shape, the exact width and height may vary slightly.

Production and estimated delivery times are shown in the listing. Custom items take a little extra care, so please order early if your gift is needed for a birthday, holiday, breakup, family reunion, or other important embarrassment.

Because every item is personalized, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not accepted once design work or production has started. If your item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, contact us and include clear photos.
