We offer free standard shipping on all US orders, with no minimum spend. International orders are shipped at rates calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Returns
Every pillow is custom made from the photo you send, so it cannot be resold or restocked. Because of that, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once design work or production has started. All sales are final.
- Please double-check your photo, size, style, and mailing address before ordering
- Small variations in shape, colour, placement, and stitching are part of the design and are not considered defects
- If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos
- We will replace or refund any order that arrives damaged or incorrect
Problems with your order
If something is genuinely wrong — the pillow arrived damaged, the print is faulty, or you received the wrong item — get in touch with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will sort it out with a replacement or a refund.
